Multenet Pocket PAD 1 Device Server; (1 x RS232)
Pocket PAD is a small charge Serial to Ethernet device server. This low weight device can be used as stand-alone or build up on a DIN rail. Pocket PAD attaches asynchronous serial devices to Ethernet networks.

PocketPAD is a device that interrelates serial and Ethernet systems. The system host could have a server application polling for information from the serial unit, or a controller among an Ethernet port. PocketPAD® can be configured to be a server (Passive/Slave mode) or a host (Active/Master mode). An utmost of 5 TCP and 5 UDP network applications can be configured on the PocketPAD. Each TCP application can handle 5 socket acquaintances (Total of 25 parallel TCP socket connections at any one time).
