VoiSmart vISDN

VoiSmart Asterisk ISDN BRI Card; 4 fundamental Rate Interface ports

Every port can be configured, individually, as a terminal (TE) or network (NT) port, it can be optionally set a 120 Ohm termination and can optional provide power to the bus.

VoiSmart vISDN is completely carried on by vISDN (http://www.visdn.org./), the multiservice ISDN style sponsored by Espia, proprietor of VoiSmart registered trademark, which let the full utilization of the board potential and features.

Essential Note: vISDN is for use with equally a 3.3 and 5.0 volt PCI slot.

ISDN is 100% Asterisk compatible.
Telecom Italia Labs certify the performance of ISDN protocol, as per TBR3 necessities and the strict compatibility limitation of Italian Public Network, as compulsory by Telecom Italia.

VoiSmart vISDN board has also two connectors for an outer PCM bus to tie other vISDN boards or E1 boards, or hardware DSP, soon offered by VoiSmart.
